Full Service Management

 

Our Full Management Agreement is a one-year, full service contract with a competitive management fee which includes:

 

• Advertising your property

• Showing your property to prospective applicants

• Screening applicants for leasing qualifications

• Rent collection, late payment notifications, and evictions

• Maintenance and vendor payments

• Direct Deposit of owner funds

• Resident move-in and move-out processing

• Annual inspections of your property

• Year-end tax documentation on your investment (e.g. 1099)

Lease-Up Services

 

If you manage your own properties, our Lease- up Management Agreement may be the right choice for you. This is a one-time service contract with a competitive one time management fee. Gannon Realty Group is responsible for collection of  the tenant’s security deposit funds and first month rent and processing all paperwork for the owner.

 

Our Lease- up Management Agreement includes:

 

• Advertising your property

• Showing your property to prospective applicants

• Screening applicants for leasing qualifications

• Collecting tenant’s security deposit funds

• Collecting first month’s rent (less management fee)

• Copy of tenant’s application

• Original lease agreement and disclosures

• Year-end tax documentation on your investment (e.g. 1099)
